Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team with hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding purchases.
• Assist management with supervising associates and coaching.
• Maintain safety, stocking, merchandising, and Open Door Policy compliance.
• Process claims, returns, and ensure product presentation meets standards.
