Responsibilities

• Execute Floorset plans and product presentation to AE Brand Standards.
• Train and coach Floorset team; set productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to reinforce brand standards and guest experience.
