Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by upholding AEO Brand Visual Standards, driving Floorset execution, and leading replenishment to keep the store guest-ready. You will train the Floorset team, monitor productivity, and collaborate with leadership to seize merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Ability to coach and train team to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

Execute Floorsets and merchandising updates to meet AEO Brand Standards.
Train and coach Floorset team, set productivity goals, ensure proper execution.
Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
Maintain store safety and shrink-reducing practices on salesfloor and stockroom.
Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
Support Merchandising Team Leader to ensure guest experience remains top priority.
