Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Mount Juliet, TN seeks a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Standards while driving Floorset execution.

You will own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments, identifying opportunities and planning with leadership to keep the store #fresh. This is a dynamic role for a detail-oriented team player who loves guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience driving Floorset execution and maintaining brand standards.
• Ability to train and coach a Floorset team and manage visual updates.
• Strong attention to detail and guest-focused merchandising approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Ensure store reflects AEO Brand Standards and supports guest experience.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain an engaging, #fresh store environment.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate wins while upholding safety and policies.
• Support shrink-reduction strategies and adherence to policies.
