Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology.
• Assists management with supervision of associates, assigning duties, training and evaluating associates.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes paperwork as required.
