Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Supervises associates in assigned area; communicates goals and feedback; trains associates on processes and procedures.
• Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise; maintains sales floor and documentation per policy.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps and following hazardous materials handling procedures.
• Ensures product rotation, recalls, sanitation, and proper merchandising; handles claims and returns according to policy.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and mentors others to adapt to change.
• Oversees club pick up orders, ensuring proper selection and staging.
• Develops processes with managers and partners; analyzes information and addresses improvement opportunities.
