Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding self-service tech and assisting with purchases.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and providing feedback to ensure quality work.
• Receives, stocks and organizes supplies and merchandise; maintains sales floor and documentation per policy.
• Ensures safety by performing safety sweeps and proper handling of materials and hazardous items.
• Maintains product rotation, recalls, sanitation, and shelf presentation across departments.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and ensures timely completion of tasks while adapting to change.
• Oversees club pick-up order picking and staging per policy.
• Develops processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis.
