Assists management with supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, and ensuring customer service standards are met. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Manages inventory by stocking supplies, organizing the sales floor, maintaining safety standards, handling claims, and ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with company policies.
Oversees order fulfillment and develops processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis. Ensures compliance with policies and promotes ethical standards.
Leads and participates in team activities, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence. Acts with integrity, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and supports continuous improvement.

Must be 18 years or older. Minimum of 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
