A leading retail company seeks a Store Associate to provide exceptional member service while supervising associates. Responsibilities include customer assistance, team leadership, stock management, and ensuring safety standards. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, providing guidance on member service techniques, ensuring policy compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes documentation according to company policies.
Maintains safety standards by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
Ensures merchandise presentation and stock levels are maintained, including handling claims, zoning, stocking, and organizing merchandise, and managing damages and shrinkage.
Monitors product quality and sanitation standards, manages product rotation and recalls, and oversees merchandising categories and cleaning.
Oversees the picking and staging of club pickup orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs through collaboration and analysis, and promotes compliance with policies and ethical standards.
Leads and participates in team activities, coordinating work, providing feedback, and adapting to change.

Must be 18 years or older, with 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
