A leading company in retail is seeking a dedicated team member to provide exceptional service and assist in supervising associates at their location in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and retail operations, with a preference for those who have demonstrated leadership skills. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with supervising associates in assigned areas by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety standards by conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and correcting unsafe situations.
Ensures merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, zones areas, stocks and arranges merchandise, and manages product displays. Monitors product quality, oversees order picking, and implements processes to meet business needs.
Promotes compliance with company policies and ethics, leads teams, and coordinates work to meet customer needs and business priorities.

The hourly wage range is $21.00 to $29.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
Must be 18 years or older, with at least 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workloads.
