Walmart is seeking a retail supervisor responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing associates. This role involves overseeing inventory management and ensuring safety compliance while supporting team collaboration. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
Assists management in supervising associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with policies. Supports recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Manages supplies, organizes the sales floor, maintains safety standards, and ensures merchandise presentation according to company policies. Oversees order picking, staging, and inventory management.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, ensures compliance with policies, and supports team collaboration and customer service excellence.

Must be 18 years or older, with at least 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, mentoring, evaluating, and managing workload.
