Assists management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes, and ensuring compliance with policies. Participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and evaluating associates.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety and cleanliness according to company policies. Ensures proper handling of claims, returns, and merchandise presentation.
Monitors product quality, manages club pick-up orders, and collaborates with team members to meet business needs. Supports compliance with policies and promotes ethical standards.
Leads and participates in team activities, ensuring work is completed on time and to quality standards.

Must be 18 or older, with 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience.
