A leading retail company seeks a dedicated member service associate to assist customers and manage associates in a dynamic retail environment. This role includes supporting members with purchasing decisions, supervising team activities, and maintaining stock levels while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, providing guidance, ensuring compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and ensures safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintains merchandise presentation, oversees product quality, and manages order picking and staging.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, promotes compliance with policies, and leads team activities to ensure work quality and timely completion.

Must be 18 or older, with 6 months retail and 6 months customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
