All Lowe's associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Merchandising Service Associate – Plant Service Lead, this role focuses on Live Plants by:

• Engaging vendors and associates professionally to meet store needs,
• Ensuring signage, pricing, and displays are accurate for easy merchandise location,
• Creating visually appealing, safe, clean, and accessible plant displays.

This position oversees all Live Nursery merchandising resets, service responsibilities, and maintenance activities outside in the garden center, ensuring stock, displays, and pricing align with planograms and store standards. The role involves working closely with the Merchandising Service Manager, store leaders, and team members to prioritize tasks, identify needs, and provide ongoing updates and feedback.

The MSA – Plant Service Lead maintains a safe work environment through daily safety reviews, hazard identification, cleanliness, and security monitoring. Travel is occasional for meetings, training, or store support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service following Lowe's policies and procedures.
• Build vendor relationships and ensure merchandising tasks meet standards.
• Communicate project priorities and support team coordination.
• Engage with customers when opportunities arise, assisting with merchandise location, demonstrations, and loading.
• Update signage, ensure proper merchandising, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Operate store equipment as needed and complete service and maintenance documentation.
• Identify and address safety hazards, security risks, and maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required: Less than 1 year 6 months of live nursery or general merchandising experience.

Preferred: High school diploma or GED, 6 months of sales floor merchandising, and 6 months of power equipment operation experience.
