Job summary

In-office position with 100% on-site work in Orlando. Requires 3–5 years in retail-related roles, strong data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred in retail, merchandising, inventory management, or vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong data entry with a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update purchase orders to support inventory needs.
• Set up and maintain vendor information for auto-replenishment programs.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding shipping schedules and delays.
• Validate UPC information within ordering and merchandise systems.
• Process inventory transfers and related documentation.
• Research and resolve accounts payable, goods receipt, and vendor discrepancies.
