You will ensure pricing accuracy, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store through strong workload planning and inventory control. Join a team focused on visual standards, strict SOP compliance, and efficient in-store processes while working in a dynamic retail environment with evening and weekend

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and sustain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Plan workloads and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment, including backroom.
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock movements.
• Process price changes accurately and on time; support ship-from-store.
