Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure store policies and standards are executed with accountability.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Direct truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Plan workloads and coordinate staffing with store leadership to meet business needs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, in-stock levels, and replenishment processes.
• Manage planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle price changes and ad set execution to ensure pricing integrity.
