Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Merchandising Colleague to support in-store experience through merchandise movement and appealing displays. You will ensure pricing accuracy, sign updates, and a welcoming customer environment. You’ll greet customers, assist with their needs, and collaborate across departments to achieve sales goals.

You will also recover floors, replenish stock, and prepare the space for a successful tomorrow, all while upholding hospitality and brand standards on a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandise movement and placement strategies to enhance the sales floor.
• Maintain well-organized and shoppable displays with accurate pricing and signage.
• Greet customers with hospitality and offer assistance to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to meet shared goals and support sales.
• Recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs/pricing, and replenish merchandise.
