Total Wine & More in Shrewsbury, MA is hiring a Merchandiser to support store operations and curbside/delivery services. You will maximize inventory, stock merchandise, build displays, and assist with online orders while delivering excellent customer service.

You will greet customers, share product knowledge, participate in training, and help maintain store safety, compliance with alcohol regulations, and adherence to promotions. The role may include nights or weekends based on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital business operations.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs; ensure safety and cleanliness; comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders safely, follow company policies, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery as needed.
