Dollar Tree in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our store team. You’ll help the Store Manager lead a dynamic group of associates, focus on merchandising, freight processing, and delivering positive experiences to the community.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with a high-energy, team-oriented work environment. Full-time position with opportunities to grow within a values-driven retail company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including restrooms.
• Foster a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Process receipt and returns of DSD merchandise.
• Manage freight flow to meet productivity standards.
• Order and stock merchandise including frozen & refrigerated.
• Ensure sales floor is sales-effective.
• Plan and merchandise Clip Strips and Power Panels.
