Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Oklahoma City to support the Store Manager.

You will lead a dynamic team, focus on merchandising and freight processing, and help drive operations to deliver value for customers and communities. You will assist with daily store activities, uphold safety and company policies, and contribute to planograms, stock management, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and management preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
