Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Enid, Oklahoma to join our Store Manager in guiding a dynamic team of associates and delivering positive experiences for customers.

You’ll focus on merchandising and processing freight, maintain stockroom and sales floor standards, and support daily store operations with safety and asset protection in mind. Previous retail leadership experience is preferred; you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in communication,

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restocking of bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
