Dollar Tree is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager for our New Brighton, PA store. You will join the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and focus on merchandising and processing freight.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily store operations, opening/closing, asset protection, maintaining clean and presentable areas, following corporate directives, and supporting freight flow and planning with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation; restock, sweep, mop, empty trash.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Process receipt/return of merchandise; manage freight flow; stock needs; ensure sales floor is sales-effective; implement monthly Sales Planners.
