Job summary

Kohl's in Ohio is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead daily store merchandising, pricing and recovery with a focus on customer service. You will coach and supervise associates, execute merchandising direction, and ensure brand standards are met on the sales floor.

You will partner with the Merchandising Manager to adjust layouts, maintain product presentation and stock levels, and use KPIs to drive store results while delivering a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards and adjust direction with Merchandising Manager.
• Maintain a well-recovered selling floor that is clear and compelling.
• Replenish stock based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train associates to brand standards.
• Perform in-store pricing and ticketing accurately.
• Support training and partnership with Operations on product flow.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork.
• Use KPIs to drive store results.
