Premium Retail Services is seeking a Market Area Manager for merchandising leadership across multiple store locations. The role focuses on increasing sales through perfect on-shelf execution, product availability, and strong relationships with store leadership and associates.

Travel will be required, with mileage reimbursements and duties across up to 20 store locations in the territory. The candidate should bring experience in CPG environments, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach

Formación

• 1+ years of relevant experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred.
• Solid background of relationship building and overcoming obstacles to improve sales.
• Passion and energy to overcome shelf availability opportunities at store level every day.
• Hands on mentality to resolve and execute at store level to seek favorable solutions.
• Persuasive presentation skills, resilience, determination, and flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Increase sales volume through perfect on shelf execution and product availability for Procter & Gamble.
• Build relationships with store leadership and associates.
• Resolve out of stock issues and manage product merchandising across the territory.
• Display building and use of data to fix problems and implement action plans within a territory of up to 20 stores.
