Job summary

Lowe's Stores is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate in the United States. You will ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays so merchandise is easy to locate and appealing, while spending time on non-customer interactions and assisting customers when needed.

The role emphasizes merchandising excellence, safety, and teamwork with the Merchandising Services Team to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Sit and stand for long periods; lift up to 75 lbs with assisting.
• Experience on sales floor or merchandising tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and signage, including digital maintenance.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Stage clearance products to drive add-on sales across the store.
• Repair/replace damaged items, signage, and displays.
• Communicate priorities and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on execution and in-store service.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
