Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Services Associate to ensure accurate signage, pricing, and displays across Lowe's stores. You will create visually appealing product displays, maintain wayfinding, and assist customers when opportunities arise.

The role emphasizes merchandising tasks, some customer interaction, and collaboration with the Merchandising Services Team to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others.
• Utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's specs.
• Verify buyback items and prep for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage; maintain signage.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing ones.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales; place displays properly.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on in-store service to leaders.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
