Job summary

Lowe’s Merchandising Services Associate helps ensure store signage, pricing, and displays are accurate so customers can locate products quickly and safely. You’ll create eye-catching displays, support merchandising projects, and assist customers when opportunities arise, while following Lowe’s standards.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe’s specifications.
• Verify buyback items are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage and maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products and displays to drive add-on sales.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
