Job summary

Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate role in the United States supports in-store merchandising, signage accuracy, and product displays to help customers find what they need. You will work with the Merchandising Services Team to implement Lowe's standards and enhance the shopping experience.

Exposure to various store environments, basic math, and communication with customers may occur. This position offers a set weekday schedule, health benefits options, tuition assistance, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally.
• Use web-based computer programs to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related tasks per Lowe's specs and provide proof of completion.
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are prepared for shipping.
• Update wayfinding and product signage and maintain digital information.
• Ensure pricing labels are clearly visible and replace missing labels.
• Staging clearance products to drive add-on sales and ensure displays are appropriate.
• Repair/replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
