• Effectively operates in a high volume environment while achieving minimal error rates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of retail/inventory attributes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new item setup information with vendors.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and vendor teams.
• Extract product information from company systems using SQL, Access.
• Synchronize product information between vendor communications and company systems using advanced Excel.
• Review product information for completeness and accuracy.
• Submit product information change requests for management approval.
• Review product information in company systems for inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
• Research issues to identify root cause and recommend resolution.
• Execute cross-functional tasks based on priority and workload.
• Communicate and elevate issues to the Supervisor as appropriate.
• Coordinate product information changes with Vendors and Category Managers to align assortment.
