Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited in Irving, TX is seeking a Vendor Merchandise Assistant to support the Merchandise and Planning organization. You will build and manage relationships with external vendors, ensure timely delivery of quality products, and act as a bridge between vendors and internal partners to improve efficiency.

You will coordinate product development workflows, track performance metrics, prepare monthly vendor reports, and help manage pricing, catalogs, sample handling, and online

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in vendor management, merchandising, buying support, allocation/planning, supply chain, or retail operations.
• Experience with product/SKU setup, pricing updates, and item attributes across systems and ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage external vendor relations within the Merchandise and Planning organization.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to improve efficiencies.
• Pricing/Retail management across internal systems and Ecommerce.
• Product and SKU management across all systems.
• Act as functional bridge between external vendors and internal partners.
• Track, measure, and report vendor performance monthly via standardized reports.
• Identify risks and coordinate with partners to mitigate issues.
• Assist in product development workflow through Logility and related processes.
