Responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and assisting in merchandising while adhering to safety and loss-prevention guidelines. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back to customer.
• Maintain merchandising standards and follow procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
