Job summary

Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a Recovery Associate to uphold the store's appearance, ensure merchandise is returned to the floor, and keep shelves stocked with a clean, inviting presentation. Strong customer service is essential to create a positive shopping experience.

You'll greet customers within a ten-foot radius, help them make informed decisions, and participate in cross-training across departments to stay flexible and contributing to the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uphold the store's general look and arrangement; ensure correct return of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves and the store's cleanliness and appealing presentation.
• Greet customers within a ten-foot radius, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions and provide high-quality service.
• Organize, restock, and arrange products for effective displays; know store locations.
