Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a merchandising professional to develop and execute inclusive merchandise strategies that delight customers while meeting financial goals. You will own day-to-day management of samples, master pricing, and database tools, and provide daily support to merchandising initiatives.

You are 100% accountable and empowered. You will collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising, Styling, and Production partners to align on product strategies and ensure timely availability,

Responsibilities

• Support merchandise assortments that meet global, digital, and regional needs.
• Coordinate samples with Design, Visual Merchandising, Styling and Production to ensure on-time availability.
• Identify in-season opportunities and risks by analyzing sales and marketplace data.
• Use pricing and tools to organize information and support merchandising decisions.
• Share job-related information to support MA group initiatives.
