Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support the merchandise ordering process and back-office operations across the product lifecycle. You will help manage samples, ensure data integrity, and assist with cross-functional product execution and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years' experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with familiarity in FlexPLM. This role offers growth within our family of brands and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in merchandising operations or back-office roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, retail management or business-related field preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with FlexPLM preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sample Management: Order, track and maintain all product samples.
• Provide samples to business partners as needed.
• Prepare samples for PR and Marketing turn-ins throughout the season.
• Submit product for outfit guides, Ecom turn in, and push report.
• Support sample set up for key milestone meetings.
