Job summary

KnitWell Group in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a qualified Merchandising Coordinator to support the Merchant team in developing a customer-focused assortment. You will respond to market trends, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage samples and PO revisions, and help drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include assortment planning with brand teams, order entry, sample organization by season, and reporting to aid merchandising decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-year experience required.
• Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Merchant on developing a competitive merchandise assortment.
• Manages order entry and product attributes based on buy plan.
• Creates samples and tracks them by season and delivery.
• Coordinates with digital commerce and international teams on assortment updates.
• Travels to stores to connect with customers and gather feedback.
• Performs ad-hoc reporting to aid merchandising decisions.
