Job summary

The KnitWell Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Merchandiser to partner with leadership in achieving sales, margin, and inventory goals for an omni‑channel classification. You will select, price, and promote merchandise, write orders, analyze business trends, and prep reviews with vendors.

You will collaborate with Planning, Allocation, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, and Site Merchandising to build assortments, optimize stock, and maximize profitability while delivering a compelling customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years with apparel retailer
Strong Excel skills and data analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Effective presentation skills
Broad based business acumen; cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Develop market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Determine quantities in partnership with leader and order by style, size and color.
Partner with Planning & Allocation and leader to optimize distribution.
Own merchandise, sales, inventory and margin with leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assortments and pricing strategies.
Manage order entry and product attributes per approved buy plan.
