Job summary

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing by Associates.
• Creates a positive customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded; maintains backroom organization.
• Communicates with management to ensure flow of goods and progress updates.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
