Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
• 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in the execution of store related administrative functions and ensures an excellent customer experience.
• Maintains Associate personnel files, cash office functions, and supports scheduling and coverage.
• Participates in training, onboarding, and adherence to labor laws and store procedures.
