Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional office or administrative experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandising team with admin tasks and vendor relations.
• Coordinate promotional programs from setup through billback processing.
• Schedule meetings and prepare reports, graphs, and supporting materials.
• Gather, analyze, and distribute reports for category decisions.
• Process item setup, PO tracking, and promotional documentation.
