Job summary

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies in Easton, PA is seeking an entry-level Merchandise Coordinator to join our Merchandising team. This onsite role offers growth opportunities and a Monday–Friday schedule with a 8:30 am–5:00 pm hours and a pay of $19.00/hour; located at Easton, PA.

You will support vendor relationships, promotional activities, reporting, and cross-functional communication to bring products and programs to life.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
2–4 years of professional office or administrative experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
AS400 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support merchandising team with administrative and tactical tasks.
Coordinate promotional programs from setup through vendor billback processing.
Prepare reports, presentations, graphs, and supporting materials.
Gather, analyze, maintain, and distribute reports for category and business decisions.
Perform new item setup, PO tracking, promotional documentation management, and system maintenance.
Coordinate communication and execution of category plans, promotional launches, training materials, and key milestones.
Process vendor billbacks, including data analysis, invoicing, reconciliation, and payment processing.
Audit promotional transactions and investigate discrepancies, pricing issues, and billing concerns.
