Job description

The Merchandising Team Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by creating merchandise presentations that are aligned with brand standards, visually appealing, and signed with accuracy. This role merchandises product, sets promotional signing, and executes price changes, while working closely with operations team to process deliveries and prepare new product for placement on the sales floor. This is an hourly position.

What you will do
  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives , and daily priorities.
  • Merchandise product using visual merchandising directives, planograms, and brand guides to determine proper placement and align with merchandise presentation standards .
  • Complete sale sets, markdowns , and price changes , following operational processes and procedures to en hance productivity.
  • Support store operations with receiving, truck processing , sensor tag application, damage processing, product transfers, RFID tasks , and store fulfillment assistance .
  • Maintain daily presentation standards by replenishing merchandise, verifying pricing/sign accuracy , supporting store recovery efforts, and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Organize and properly store sign holders, signage, markdown tools, fixtures, hardware, supplies, excess stock, and other equipment to promote efficiency.
  • Leverage training tools, use resources, and embrace feedback to build knowledge of operational processes and procedures and strengthen performance. Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and s tore events to enhance execution.
  • Enhance in-store customer experience by warmly acknowledging and assisting customers, supporting the store during peak traffic and coverage periods, and completing other tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
  • Follow asset protection procedures , safety guidelines, and security protocols, supporting store shortage control , inventory accuracy, and minimizing risk.

  • Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
  • Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 5 0 lbs.
