Job summary

Scheels Johnstown is hiring a part-time Merchandiser to support store operations at 4755 Ronald Reagan Blvd. You will unload freight, restock merchandise, assist customers, and follow merchandising guides to keep shops looking their best.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. Schedule includes 15–20 hours weekly, with 2-3 evening shifts and some weekend work; pay is $16.00 per hour base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to lift, push, and handle merchandise per physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight and label, fold, hang, and price merchandise.
• Restock and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with loading purchased items.
• Follow shop guides and merch plans to prioritize needs.
• Coordinate with shop managers and display teams on moves.
• Maintain orderly appearance and clean back stock areas.
• Work independently or with the team and show good judgment.
• Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be prepared to perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
