You will assist with store operations, stock management, and policy adherence while delivering friendly customer experiences. You will help maintain store standards, coordinate freight flow, and implement monthly Sales Planners in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform related store duties.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Keep store clean, restocked, and presentable; ensure a safe customer environment.
• Assist Store Manager with freight flow, merchandise planning, and monthly sales planning.
• Process receipt and return of DSD merchandise; manage freight and stock needs.
