Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores Inc. is looking for a Merchandise Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations at the Spartanburg location. You'll oversee merchandising, manage freight flow, and maintain store standards while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time position requires strong management and communication skills, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work within a high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Maintain store standards for stockroom and sales floor.
• Process all corporate directives and communications.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout the store.
• Ensure a positive and respectful environment.
