Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and delivering positive community experiences. You will focus on merchandising and freight processing while ensuring safety and adherence to company guidelines.

The role requires prior retail and management experience, strong communication skills, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform active store duties in a high-energy environment.

• Retail and management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open/close procedures as needed.
• Protect company assets including cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain clean, neat, and presentable store areas.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist Store Manager with duties including freight flow and merchandise planning.
