The role requires retail and management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with energetic teamwork and a commitment to safety and service. Located in Wagener, South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities and freight flow.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and restrooms.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
