Dollar Tree, Inc. in Coppell, TX seeks a Merchandise Assistant Manager to work with the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team of associates and ensuring smooth merchandising and freight processing.

You’ll handle opening/closing, protect assets, uphold safety policies, and maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers.

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain areas of the store, including stockroom and sales floor, to company standards.
• Process all corporate directives related to store activities.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Assist Store Manager with duties such as receiving and stocking freight, managing freight flow, ordering merchandise, and maintaining sales floor effectiveness.
