The role focuses on merchandising, freight processing, inventory control, and maintaining safe, clean store standards. The position requires prior retail and leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs while standing and walking for extended periods.

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Process receipt and return of merchandise and manage freight flow.
• Order and stock merchandise needs, including frozen & refrigerated items.
• Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective and merchandised with planograms.
