You will handle store duties, assist in opening/closing, safeguard assets, maintain store standards, and execute directives while delivering a positive, safe customer experience. The role supports planning, stocking, and monthly sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines; keep areas clean and presentable.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Manage freight flow and stock merchandise per productivity standards.
• Plan and merchandise space (clips, panels) and execute monthly Sales Planners.
